She is a registered nurse with an MBA and MS from Virginia Commonwealth University.  Her doctorate degree is in healthcare administration, with additional graduate certificates in toxicology from University of Florida.

Michelle Epps MSN, MHA, RN is a healthcare executive with over 30 years’ experience in clinical and acute care hospital operations.  Her experience at the executive management level included responsibility for patient care services, service line development and marketing, revenue and expense budgets, achieving service and quality goals, and meeting ongoing regulatory standards.  Michelle is a strategic and analytical thinker resulting in the effective development of long-term solutions for common hospital challenges.  She is a collaborative leader with a passion for mentoring, using analytics to improve performance goals while maintaining perspective and humor.
